I placed a to go order for a gluten free sub last week and when I got home and started eating I realized the bread was definitely not gluten free. I tried calling the store, no answer. I tried filling out a form online and was given an AI chatbot :( eventually I was contacted by corporate who told me the manager would reach out. I have received no contact. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and restroom, & great food! Unfortunately, some of their drink options were out and they were out of steak today but everything else was excellent.
Ok so I paid for bacon on my 2 subs didn't get it on either. No pickles no Italian dressing. 40$ for a bogo NEVER AGAIN!!!
