I attempted to visit this shop last night, 10/22/08. There was a couple sitting inside with a lap dog on a leash. The dog stunk, and was sprawled out asleep on the floor. When I asked the manager on duty if this was a common practice at his establishment, he could not look me in the face or provide me with an answer.
