Friendliest staff ever!
Poor management, there were individuals vaping over the food. On there phones, not paying attention to customers. It was a lot and that was enough for me to never visit another firehouse sub store again!

My order details: Receipt #20083 Medium Club on a Sub (wheat bread, no onion, no deli mustard, black olives, cucumber, no pickle spear) Total: $12.79 After waiting for my order, I noticed that when it was finally handed to me, it was not placed in a bag. The subs are always terrific and I've always received quality service. I also appreciate that Firehouse Subs supports our first responders - they greatly need the support these days with wild fires, emergencies, and so forth brought on by climate change.
