It took almost 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, I’ve never been to this location doubt I will be back. I will keep going to firehouse just not the ELP George Dieter location. Feel bad for the guys working, they just look lost, and as I waiting I look at the other 12 people here without food waiting as long as we had too.
Worst location in El Paso. They had us waiting over an hour and a half for our order.
I waited over 25 minutes and the only reason it wasn’t longer is because a nice employee by the name of Joe helped me. He saw that I had been waiting and made sure my order was made. There were 3 other employees not doing anything but standing around talking. If I could give Joe 5 stars I would but the other employees would be 0. I truly love firehouse but this was unacceptable.
