So I ordered a pepperoni pizza meatball sub but instead got just a pepperoni sub. I didn't realize I had gotten the wrong one until a couple bites in. Once I brought it to their attention they were quick to fix the issue and very polite about it too. Nobody is perfect but how you react to issues that come up makes all the difference.
Very, very slow service waited 40 mins and messed up my order.
Disappointed in sandwich size and taste, felt like it was canned food. Waited a long time at the counter with no one there. No hello, not even a look. The place is very nicely decorated, that is the only thing I liked. No lie.
