The staff were really rude when I came in to grab my sandwiches as it was my first time putting in an online order and didn’t see where the pickup shelf was. The staff stood there doing nothing and didn’t try to help me they just completely ignored me. The sandwiches were also very cold to be a “hot sandwich” and I realize I used the buy one get one free deal but I barely got any meat or peppers and onions on my sandwiches. I would think for a $10 sandwich there would be more than just bread and cheese.
I just left fire house subs we eat here every Saturday and today the lady asks me do I want to round up I said no and she did it anyway that's like stealing from me when I said no I will definitely not be going back I don't play like that especially if I told you no and you still keeps my change and the other employees looking at me crazy like I'm wrong I'm good on y'all I want be back
I can say the sandwich was very good. But the customer service was crap! When you walk in the store the do not acknowledge you. They actually ignore you. We you say something then the wanna make is seem like you causing them a problem. Today was the second day I went to the store. Being that the food was good i figured I'd give it another try. Ended up getting the same treatment. My wife went around 8pm and received the same treatment. The store can get more stars if the fix this issue.
Clean store, great food, but the service and drink station left a lot to be desired. When I walked in, the place looked clean, and the food itself was good. Unfortunately, the customer service was virtually nonexistent. When I approached the counter, I asked where to order, and all three employees making sandwiches just stared at me blankly before one finally muttered, "You start your order on that side."
