YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE AN REFLECTION OF YOUR MANAGEMENT TREATS THEM: I've been to this store multiple times in the past and always satisfied with the service. This past month I've notice an extreme decline in the store. The employees seem extremely stressed and overwhelmed. Tonight there was only two people managing the store, as someone who has worked in a sandwich shop for 2 years, it is very obvious to me that the store has poor management skills. Only two people working. Took 20 minutes to order; limeade was not working. He said there wasn't anymore. Took over 30 minutes for a two-sandwich order to go.
Always takes for ever... not busy and have to wait a hour for 2 subs. Ridiculous.... walk in isn't any better.
Terrible experience! Ordered online at this location, arrived at the store to be informed my order could no be fulfilled to due "being out of medium size bread." Store refused to issue refund or cancel order and stated I had to reorder, DOUBLE PAY, and request a refund on the app. Best part is, there's no way to request a refund online. Everytime I submit and inquire form, its rejected saying "error." And don't waste your calling customer service, it's a recording and then they hang up on you.
Slow service and rude employees. We waited 45 minutes for our sandwiches. There was trash on the floor and a dirty rag on the counrer next ti the register. .
