The young man who took our order must be totally illiterate. We ordered engineers, just the sandwich, we got steamers with just mustard and mayonnaise. It was horrible. I won't tell you how he spelled a very simple name for the order.
Employees are too interested in each other instead of serving customers in a timely manner.
