**Not the warmest experience** When you walk into a place like Firehouse, you kind of expect a friendly vibe. A simple “Hey, welcome in” or “How’s it going?” goes a long way. We didn’t get any of that. Just silence at the counter and a general feeling that we weren’t really acknowledged. It’s becoming way too common in fast food spots lately.
