We stopped here on our way home and upon entering the restaurant the ac was not on. The place was extremely hot and impossible to wait in line to order the food. Very disrespectful for all the customers.
Weird vibe walking in. No A/C. It was so hot in there. Not surprised that there were no other customers. Not a friendly group of employees or the owner. This gives the Fire House a bad name. All other FireHouse Restaurants are very nice. This one is Sad.
Manager was very rude on the phone, told me I was cheap!!! and screwed me on my BOGO. Italian sandwich. He was very loud and obnoxious. All I wanted was my order corrected 😭. I will never return again. Horrible customer service
