Firehouse used to pretty darn good, but it has fallen off tremendously. Maybe its just this location, but not impressed at all. Sandwich was ok at best. Now the manager or person who takes phone orders, absolutely horrible. He was rude and just a plain jerk. He obviously didn't put his name on the order ticket because he knows he is horrible, but he is the main reason why I will never visit this one on olive and most likely not another one feeling this is the terrible service they employ and condone. Nothing better than my Italian sub for lunch at this Firehouse Subs location. The crew is friendly and welcoming as well.
My child has celiac disease so we have to be very careful about what he eats and cross-contamination. The crew working was very understanding and careful in their handling of my son's food. He loved his sandwich and I'm a very happy and grateful momma for a crew that took exceptional care in keeping my child healthy! We will be back! Thank you, Firehouse, Chesterfield, mo!
