Came here twice in the last week. Was told both times where to sit because they already moped the dining area. Doesn't make me feel welcome

Firehouse used to pretty darn good, but it has fallen off tremendously. Maybe its just this location, but not impressed at all. Sandwich was ok at best. Now the manager or person who takes phone orders, absolutely horrible. He was rude and just a plain jerk. He obviously didn't put his name on the order ticket because he knows he is horrible, but he is the main reason why I will never visit this one on olive and most likely not another one feeling this is the terrible service they employ and condone.
