This location is convenient to where we live and we genuinely enjoy the food, however every time we go in we regret our decision because of the service. On our most recent visit, we placed an online order just after 8, with a pick up time of 8:30. We arrived at the pickup time and our food wasn’t ready - no big deal. Our food hadn’t been started yet though and the staff seemed unaware that there were orders to complete. The two boys running the joint were unfortunately too busy fussing with each other to make our sandwiches correctly. One sandwich was completely missing all of its add on ingredients and one was missing half of its add ons in our pickup order. The first thing I heard when I walked into the building was the guys arguing loudly over who knows what but I’m sure the only other people at a table in there could tell you. I just wanted my sandwich right, man.
It was nice and clean. The staff was very polite welcoming you as you entered. I picked the Italian today and it was nicely prepared
The food is good but the tables were all dirty.
