I just love the atmosphere of the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff and the freshness of the food.
I have been coming to this Firehouse Subs location for at least 3 years now and I hate to say it but I’m so disappointed in how run down it’s become. It smells awful in the restaurant and it has consistently smelled bad for the last 3 or 4 trips I’ve made there (and I don’t go every week). Another thing is the wait time from ordering to getting the food - it’s taken at least 30 minutes of waiting for I know the last 3 times I’ve been in there. If you place an online order please double check your bag, I've always had issues with missing items and subs made incorrectly at this location. The drink machine was missing half the drinks. And the over all customer service was lacking.
