You would think after placing a $200+ catering order the restaurant would’ve alerted me to inform me that the address online is incorrect. I thought the sole purpose of a restaurant was to serve a customer, it’s a major fail if you don’t have the decency to address a pretty important issue. I ordered a footling hot pastrami and cheese with mustard lettuce and tomato’s. When I got home I realized what I got was hot pastrami and cheese with no mustard. I called them to make sure they were still open being it was Christmas Eve. I was rudely hung up on over 6 times for asking questions. I ask for a manager and get transferred to anything but a manager over 10 times of me calling. I get to the store and mustard packets were thrown on the counter at me. Great food, great team of workers. Order was perfect!
How can you mess up a sandwich so royally? Half of my toppings are missing! They weren't even busy to be this distracted. Just senseless and pathetic.
