So this probably is not about this firehouse but all of them in general. They keep sending me offers or I can get a combo meal for $9.99 and when I go to order it it disappears this is not the first time this is happened just seems like they’re playing games. Now when I go onto their website to contact them and send a comment every time I hit submit. It says there was an error and try again. I’ll tell you what firehouse subs has just gone down the toilet in the past couple years.

Bruh let me tell you sum, this Firehouse Subs at Flamingo Crossin ain’t playin no games 💯. My boy VLAD WILSON the manager be runnin this spot like the Navy, everything movin smooth, no slippin. Bro a straight G, got the crew in check, subs comin out hot, fast, and stacked heavy. You pull up here you KNOW it’s handled. Ain’t no sloppy vibes, everything tight, everything clean. My daughter order a medium and small toasted turkey sandwich and a chocolate cookie.Medium with cheese and small w/out. When we received the order the sandwiches were cold, tried to get a refund . The shift manager VLAD WILSON was rude and disrespectful, said he had no power to issue a refund, only the General Manager. I asked him for something with a receipt stating a refund when I return. Even after my friend messed up in how they ordered their sandwich, the shift lead, Robert, offered to make it right and was super nice and understanding. I also want to add how meticulously clean the store was.
