Absolutely terrible service. Went to Firehouse Subs and it took 30 minutes to get just two subs—with four employees on the clock. Only one person was actually working while the other three stood in the back giggling and doing nothing. Totally unacceptable. If you value your time or even just basic customer service, skip this place. Lazy staff, zero urgency, and no respect for the customer.
