4:30 Monday afternoon, not one customer in the store. Two young men staff (one named Kurt) chatting behind the counter. I stand for 2 min at the cashier counter to order and not one of them moves to stop the chatting. 2 min isn't a long time until you have to wait to order when there's no one else in the shop. The other young man took the order, but unenthusiastically. I'll go to Jersey Mike's Once less future customer to interrupt your chat...
I find Subway is MUCH! higher than Firehouse Subs. Purchasing about 5 to 6 Firehouse sub sandwiches you get a FREE sandwich using the rewards program. Firehouse Subs bread is almost tender as cotton candy. I’ve had Subway where the bread is TOUGH and actually too much thick bread. Firehouse bread is not as thick and VERY TENDER. Subway wants to fill you up with bread, Firehouse Sub doesn’t.
I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Ordered online at 7:45pm, showed up around 8:10. No order with my name on it at the pick up area. Waited ten more minutes, patiently, before approaching staff and inquiring about my order and was told they had no record of it. I did eventually receive my overpriced sandwich after showing my receipt on the order site and my emailed copy to a young lady. Ok I don’t often leave reviews but I feel like my $30 lunch at least won’t feel like such a rip off if I tell everyone about my experience. First off, I asked for a cold sandwich twice and it came out hot. And second, the veggie sandwich I got just didn’t taste good. It was soggy and the flavor wasn’t good. Won’t be going back. I wish I could get a refund.
Slow service. Nobody in there and it took 15 minutes to make it
