This was my first time eating Firehouse Subs, it was great, and the staff was friendly!
So I just recently got hooked on Firehouse Subs and been ordering for awhile now. Pushed my luck I guess too far because recently found a hair in my food (it happens) but ever since then I’ve had the worst experience trying to get a hold of someone. First time I called I gave my information to some girl and told “upper management would reach back” that was the 15th… so.. I gave up but here I am wanting to look out for other people. My only advice: Pray you don’t have any reason to want a refund because it won’t happen.
