Imagine placing a pickup order to have it ready by a set time (12:15pm) only to stand around for 30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and then be told that they don’t have your order. On top of that they made no attempts to rectify the issue. I spoke to Lindsey, it’s clear that shes either new or still in training.
