Food is good but it takes forever. There are a lot of young people just talking instead of assisting customers.
I love Firehouse! I’ve been to several locations. This one however isn’t consistent. When they get it right the sandwich is delicious. The service is decent and the employees are pleasant enough. The inside is also clean which I appreciate.
Don’t answer the phone if you don’t want to take a persons order the people you hire will bring your business down with their laziness
Hands down the worst firehouse I’ve ever been to why did it take 25min for 1sub, the girls working there had horrible attitudes, my sub was wrong!!! And they couldn’t provide any one with receipts!! Idk what’s going on with this location but it give firehouse a bad reputation.
Service, timely manner and good food! Definitely a good combination!
