Just waited 25 minutes for a sandwich that never came and I was the only person in the shop. Online orders obviously take priority over somebody in the shop.I had to ask for my money back to which the employee simply said okay you'll get your money back in 2 to 3 days. I am a regular customer at this store and while the wait times are quite long even if they are not busy I'm usually ok waiting.
