Great food and friendly staff
When I got there they told me that they had discontinued the Michael special because they were getting low on stock. In other words I could pay for it if I really wanted one. I walked.
It is disheartening when a brand’s actions don't align with its stated values. While Firehouse Subs has a reputation for honoring public service, this location’s refusal to honor the Teacher Appreciation BOGO offer suggests otherwise. In the H-E-B district, we take pride in supporting our teachers and first responders. To hear that local educators were turned away is unacceptable. Consequently, I’ll be supporting other establishments in the area that truly appreciate the hard work of our public service professionals.
