Spicy dill hook and ladder was on point. Staff was very professional and quick
I love firehouse but usually go to the UD location. This was a big order and it was correct but they over sauced everything and I mean grotesquely over sauced it to the point that sauce was falling out the sides and so was all the sandwich insides. I couldn’t even eat it. Which sucks especially after spending almost $80- and I tried to use a 50% off email but it wouldn’t work and the store “couldn’t” honor it. Firehouse Subs is one of my favorite places to eat. I do not have one around me so occasionally I will stop by this location because it’s the closest one around 45 min away. I stopped by today to a line waiting to order and a worker wearing his headphones simply ignoring the line and instead listening to his music. When another worker came to take the lines order he took one side of his headphones off and told the other worker to return to there station. I simply walked out.
