If 0 stars was an option that would be the rating for this location. I will be contacting Fire house corporate office for the way I was treated by general manager (Robin) today. but wanted to share on here that if you are looking for a pleasant place to eat this is not the place go else where.

Dined in and was in a hurry. Only 2 other people eating in the restaurant. Ordered a sandwich with no mayo and they couldn't even get that right. NO excuse for making my sandwich wrong. The workers weren't doing anything but standing around. The drink machine wasn't working and I had to wait 5 minutes to get my drink. This is the 3rd Firehouse subs I've visited in the last 2 months and all 3 have gave me the wrong food!!! No excuse for consistently poor service and employees who are incompetent.
