I do know that in this day age good help (especially leadership) is hard to find, much less develop. I entered to buy. Walked in to pick up my sub at a scheduled time and arrived approximately 3 minutes forward. There was a lady who worked there behind the counter who was on her cell talking loud and annoying in front of all customers. Compete disregard for customers and completely disrespectful. The other guy behind making the subs could have used her help. My subs finally came out just after 10 minutes from the scheduled time. They were messy and sloppy.
