I've given these geniuses three tries and EVERY time there's been issues with the food. I ask for no onions, I get onions, I ask for no mayo or anything wet on it and put it on the side so it doesn't get soggy, they put it on anyways. Incompetence is an understatement, I'll be forever going to Jersey Mike's and never be visiting any firehouse subs again.
I ordered a sandwich through DoorDash which cost over $20. My sandwich was just bread and mayo. I called the store and asked for a refund. They told me that they would write my name down and I could get a free sandwich next time. I can’t imagine that system actually works.
