The order taker was extremely rude and aggressive with her order taking. Very short with me and seemed to be in a huge hurry even though no one was behind me. She talked really fast and was bothered by paying customers, for $55 for 3 sandwiches I would expect better customer skills. The food was subpar. Would not recommend
If you carry out or order through an app DO NOT USE. This has been going on for a year now at this location and our order has always been wrong. If you order chips you will not get them. If you order an Italian you will get a hook & ladder. If you order wheat you will get white bread. If you order a large you will get a small. Overall the food is good but based on the reviews you need to show up in person
Their gluten free options was wonderful and the workers were Very careful about not cross contaminating and it was Noticed and Appreciated!! Thank you so much
I visited this Firehouse location on Elm Springs Road. It was the best Firehouse I’ve been to. We ordered five sandwiches, and they were so efficient. The team was friendly, and it was spotless. Thanks y’all!
