Arriving home i discovered the bottle of captain Sorenson sauce i paid for was missing and the grilled chicken salad had shredded lettuce instead of romaine. I called and the person that answered the phone was very rude.. no replacement or refund was offered... he said that was the best they could do and hung up... not happy with the Easley store at all.
Just wasnt what I expected. The steak tasted and felt strange. Wasn't satisfied at all.
Service was good but the food quality has really deteriorated since I last are at Firehouse three years ago, especially the quality of the meat. I had chicken, the texture was strange, like it had filler, not good. My boy had the Italian, he said it wasn't nearly as good as Ingles boars head version, which is cheaper. Poor value for the price.
