Great food only issue is they take there time making your sandwhich so it may take 20 min
Ive ate at a few fire house but tonight my family ate at easley location and it was nt a good experience nor did it taste good down to the cookie as well as the wait time over 30 mins for 3 subs. We spent nearly $50 for sandwiches and to be honest i would have rather ate at mcdonalds on a bad day. I called and spoke with the manager makayla and was told she made my meal and will let her manager knw about the food complaint. This was a disappointment about food and service.
Got the French dip, paid $45 for two sandwiches to be delivered. No au jus was in our bag so we ate cold dry French dip sandwiches after a long day of work. When I called the manager said there is nothing she can do, when I asked for a refund we had to go to the location. Do not get the French dip, it absolutely sucks. Especially with no dip!
