My pickup order was finally completed *20 minutes late*. At no time did a manager attempt to come forward, explain the problem, aplologize, try to make it right, or get the order back on track. It started bad and got worse. When I got to the restaurant, the two female employees present weren't moving quickly at all. Ordered online and waited over an hour just to have to get a refund. Ridiculous

Absolutely horrible! Placed my order at 5:47 and at 6:45 still waiting and now have to get a refund. They have 5 people working and a lobby full of people. If you can't keep up with online and in store then shut down online ordering. Worst experience here. Really don't know if I'll be back to this location

Terrible service. Don't order online at night because you may not get your order they don't seem to care to prioritize the customers who order ahead! People order ahead to get the order on time not to wait a hour and then have to get a refund get it together!
