Really good subs!
The first time I ever ordered Firehouse Subs in my life. Both made wrong. One made extremely wrong. I have been trying to communicate with their customer service through the app and it has been one big nightmare. Customer service has tossed me around to multiple people apparently who can’t see past messages. Now they’re telling me I reached out to CS 3 days after my order and didn’t send any pictures of my incorrect subs?? Not that it should even matter if it was 3 days later, but I have proof of reaching out to CS the same ... read more
Very good
If your rich go here for Blatantly overpriced food. Ordered both on and off skipthedishes. $30 for one sub and a drink. Honestly they need to cut a minimum of $10 for it to be worth ordering it again. Its not as good as other places like Mr sub or the best place, Quiznos. its lesser than Jersey Mike's but still decent. Go somewhere else that values your money and time.
