I only experienced Firehouse one other time before today. It was many, many years ago and my first time. Well, the drought is over and I decided to give it a whirl. I did have a special offer for a BOGO through T-Mobile. I placed the order online and picked up through the drive-thru. The sandwich was just as good as I remembered. I definitely will make sure that I have Firehouse at least a few times a year.
No service up front. Kiosk only with an option to leave a tip.. NOT. Tables we filthy as were the restrooms. We ordered French dips which came out with dripping shredded beef, not layers of meat. Definitely false advertisement. We will not go back. We reached out to corporate office without resolve. Might I add We paid over $40 for two medium sandwiches, 2 drinks, and a side.
Easy to order with the app and pickup was efficient. Food quality is always superb.
