Absolutely dropped the ball!!! This is not the first time this has happened!!! I ordered a catering worker days before gave payment info and was promised by the owner that it would be ready. He even told me he would be out of town but he would have it handled! Well walked in and they didn’t know anything and beyond that told me basically it didn’t happen.
