Horrible customer service. $18 for one sandwich. Ridiculous. Worst firehouse I've ever been to. Honestly, at places like this, the employees don't want you to be there. So, they act extra rude. Sound the fire-alarm! 🚨 Don't Come Here! 🚨🚨🚨🔥 Go Jersey Mike's! Way better!
The sandwiches are always delicious and the staff is so friendly.
Don’t advertise on your app and have people order if you can’t actually provide it or if you don’t have the capacity to call and let the customer know if you can’t do it, don’t advertise it tired of the bait and switch even though I gave service a one star rating, the staff was phenomenal. However, I didn’t get what I wanted. I don’t like any of the other options. You should not advertise it if it’s not available that’s a lie.
