I live In Dania pointe and decided to try a sub. When I walked in the girl looked at me and said do you know what you wanna have.? I said yes I think I’m gonna have that turkey ham and cheese sub that you have up there and she asked me what size I told her medium she asked me if I wanted to have chips and a soda. I have been going here almost weekly for well over a year when I started working nearby. The staff and the food have always been fine. The new staff is a nightmare. I've been twice in the past 10 days or so. Today I walked out. You lost a customer. Hire people that know what customer service means. Sad. I enjoyed the subs but not enough to put up with the people you have in there now.
