Like I get the ingredients are a little better but the size is crazy small for the price when you compare other options or just 15$ worth of ingredients. How does this business exist? Definitely going down hill. Calling in an order ended after confirming my name. Literally stated my name and in response "anything else?" Then was told guaranteed by said time if not sooner. That's funny. So I show up after about 15minutes and said I'm picking up for [blank] and the three kids asked each other if they had an order under that name. Nope, this ain't it. First time ever at Firehouse Subs. Love that it supports first responders but the crew this morning was struggling. Making this as short as possible. If you mess up an order (bread choice was entered wrong at the register) no biggie, just fix it. You do not kick it aside and work of orders for customer's that came in 10 + minutes after...kid than I'm assuming has seniority has a bit of an attitude, girl up front was sweet, guy with the longer hair talks more than he works. Won't be back
