Again ordered an engineer and asked for no deli mustard, again its on my sub. Everytime I order the turkey sub, I tell them, No mustard. I get home and guess what is on my sub, of course mustard. They don't listen at all. Horrible service. The food is good when they can make it right.
Apparently the store manager instructed employees to wait u til delivery drivers arrive to start order even though the don dash policy states they are to start making it when we are en route to their location which they can readily see. Then they advised me to call the store when on my way, which is annoying but I agreed. Except their phones don’t work.
