Ordered on the app for delivery, no kind of tracking other than the email that was incorrect. Nobody rang my doorbell and it sat on my porch for at least 45 minutes and got stone cold…I didn’t even know it was there!!!! When I called to inquire about my order at the store, they told me they couldn’t help me since I use the app!!! At least we got our food but a nice way to track. It would be good or at least be able to answer my questions when I call the store.
I’m not sure if I am supposed to go to the corner of the counter to pick up my subs myself or have a employee do that, last time I was there a very nice lady working there asked my name when I walked in and handed my order to me. Today I walked expecting the same but the two people working didn’t ask me or seemed like they were going to notice me, there were two other customers waiting for their order so I waited, the lady working looked up and smiled at me and went back to working, the guy never looked at me.
