We visited Firehouse Subs thanks to a promotion through the T-Mobile Tuesdays app—buy one, get one free. Overall, it was a great experience. The only downside is that Firehouse Subs locations aren’t very common, so we felt lucky to find one nearby. We placed a to-go order, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and not very crowded, which made for a quick and pleasant visit.
