I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Firehouse Subs thanks to Kevin.
Came in for their Mike promo. Employee called the manager because my first name wasn't a Mike variation.. He gave me the phone and I was then introduced to the manager, Angie, who caught an attitude and told me they weren't going to honor me the free sub since it wasn't my first name. But my middle name is Michelle and shows on my ID. Even my sons middle name was Michael. She raised her voice on the phone and started arguing with me when I tried to show that it does include MIDDLE names for their promo. I left empty handed. ... read more
Firehouse is always a solid stop. The shop is spotless and the crew is so friendly. I’ve always been loyal to the Italian sub, but I finally tried the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket it’s a total game-changer and now tied for my #1 spot! The Spicy Cajun Chicken was really good too. You honestly can't go wrong here.
I received excellent customer service. My food was ready as promised. My lunch was delicious 😋
