Ordered hook and ladder and the bread was nasty absolutely not fresh at all stale bread for a premium sub place is crazy! Ordered cheese on the hook and ladder and there wasn’t any….. hook and ladder advertising cheese as it’s a default ingredient and it was forgotten. Won’t be ordering from here again, so disappointed.
