Just picked up a sub $19.50 with a large coke that had no ice. Ridiculous on price for you get severed
Took 30 minutes to make a medium sized sandwich. I was the only person in the drive through. I had to park and go inside to see what was going on in there. I had to remind them that they had a customer in the drive. Will never waste my time again at this location.
This was only my second time having Firehouse Subs and was not disappointed. Pricing is reasonable and food is amazing. I love the atmosphere and environment with the firehouse theme. My biggest complaint was how long it can take to prepare food. We waited a couple minutes to order because there wasn't anyone waiting for take our order and another 15 minutes for the food to be prepared. It definitely was a longer wait but I would still go again. The service was still very friendly and food was excellent.
Uber driver who delivered my order was not given the correct items. I ordered a bottled Coke and received nothing at the first delivery. He returned to the store and the second delivery was a glass of coke. As the driver was nice enough enough to go back to the restaurant to pick up the drink and redeliver it leads me to believe the restaurant was at fault. As a first time customer the price and service will keep me from returning
