Absolutely AMAZING. Everything was so great and the food was cared for with such delicacy that I HAVE to visit again. Firehouse Subs in Concord Mills is the BEST place to be.
To whom this may concern, and I hope this is concerning….. the ONLY person that deserves a five star is the cashier with long dreads! The out of uniform worker had an attitude! Her faced showed it, and so did her actions! My friend asked for a water cup and when my friend walked off the out of uniform worker said to the cashier to don’t give out no water cups to nobody unless it’s an emergency because the franchise owner would be ready to fire a black person. Good
Food is good as always, but absolutely ridiculous this restaurant does not have working AC! I was at this location about 2 ago (May) and the AC was not working then. Fast forward to middle of July, and same thing. I feel for the employees as it’s been miserably hot and humid, but to have gone half a summer with no AC is totally unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location!
