Worked there for 4 days ….. they didn’t give me any hours , only put me on the schedule for one day or maybe 2 days a week , there kitchen is very nasty. They leave bread open for hours without changing it out!!… when they put your meat onto their bread they hold it over trash not very Sanitary. Nobody at that job really works ,The manager lets people smoke on the job and do whatever they want. Altogether, it’s not really good or clean atmosphere at all .
This is why I hate the whole “tip in advance” trend. Didnt have roast beef or my bread choice. No crowd but took longer than necessary and the order was wrong. Do better Firehouse, your better than this.
It was OK, food was a little under whelming. Bacon on the sandwich was still floppy and under cooked. Not crispy like it should of been. In my opinion.
