As always, the food was FANTASIC! Firehouse is and always will be my FAVORITE sub shop! I placed a mobile order and was there at the time it was set to be ready, but had to wait for about 15 min to actually get mt sandwich. They seemed to have a couple of fairly large online orders they were working on, but they had several employees working, so I was a littke surprised I had to wait quite that long. We eat there twice a week, but the last three times were awful. There was no meat.or a pickle. I'm not sure if they have new management or what changed. All of the employees here are in their teens or early twenties. Most are teenagers. Quality is gone, Subway 2.0.
Why are there 47 gallons of deli mustard on my sandwich? I didn't order extra. It was inedible. The potato soup I got yesterday was cold with hard potatoes. Bleh.
Love the food and service. I arrived at Firehouse at 8:57pm they were pleasant even though they were closing in 3 minutes.
