Is one of the few locations that still knows what the engine company sandwich is and makes it perfectly. Since firehouse took the engine company off the big board, a lot of locations don't even know that the sandwich exists. And refuse to make it which is very disappointing since it is my favorite.

I just came from the one in Columbia, MO. There were three of us. Neither were asked if we wanted a pickle. No condiments were on our sandwiches, regardless of what the menu said. None of us were asked what type of bread we wanted. The lady didn't smile once. In fact she spoke in monotone. I was as if she wanted to spend as few words as needed. We typically go to the one in Kansas City and have gone in other states. Their customer service is always excellent. I'm sure we won't be returning to this on when in Columbia.
