Very disappointed with my experience at Firehouse Subs Collierville. I ordered a salad that was prepared incorrectly and the ingredients did not seem fresh. The cheese had a molded scent and when I requested a refund, there was no manager on duty. The employee assisting me called her manager on the phone, who supposedly walked her through the refund process.
