I really enjoyed my Firehouse Subs meal\! I ordered the Smokin’ Honey Chicken Melt, and it was warm, flavorful, and delicious\. The chicken was tender, the smoky honey flavor was perfectly balanced, and the sandwich was prepared just right\. I especially appreciated how the melted cheese and toasted bread brought everything together for a satisfying meal\. The service was friendly and my order was prepared correctly\. I will definitely order this again\!

I ordered from there by accident on the app so I called to cancel the order and hopefully get a refund. The lady on the phone claimed the order was finished in record time (under a minute since ordering) and she said I could cancel on the app. The app either has no way to cancel or no clear way to cancel an order. Their website said to call the store, and they put me on hold until the call automatically ended (45 minutes). They haven't picked up any phone calls since then.
