I have been to this location a handful of times. Never had a problem with the employees or service for the most part. They don't usually take forever with making subs, but it has happened. I recently ordered online and received badly burnt meatballs in my sub. I reached out online to have it fixed since I was already home at this point. Very slow. Food was ok, but the staff was overwhelmed. Person on register kept taking more orders instead of pitching in to help with current orders.
The sub was fine but service was really slow. I would not recommend going there with the current employees. Lots of folks had to wait a long time for their dinner.
