Food was ok, not my favorite firehouse. Bread was dry and my mouth kept needing a drink, but the meats were decent.

Awful, I requested delivery and got the wrong order. I called the driver back and he said that this is the order that they handed him and he doesn’t go through the bag to see if it was correct. I tried to call Firehouse twice but no one picked up and an automated message came on saying that the mailbox was full and disconnected. I tried to communicate through the app and that was useless because it asked if I wanted to speak with a human and then it told me that someone will get back to me within 24-48 hours. Service sucks and they skimp on their sandwiches. Go to the Altamere location. There's a reason they're at 4.5 stars.
