I will still give 5 stars. I was excited to pick up my birthday sub. Yesterday, using my ID and I always have, but they denied me this time. Maybe I'll get lucky next year.
Very disappointed. Portion size very small for the money. I wanted to try the Thanksgiving turkey sub.. no dressing so they couldn't make it. So decided to get a soup. No loaded potato soup. No ckn dumpling soup. They were out of cheddar cheese for the brisket sandwich my granddaughter ordered then tried to charge me extra for the mozzarella cheese we had to substitute for because they were out of the cheddar cheese. Will be awhile before I return.
Employee helped get my order to my car. But they forgot the pickles on all my orders when i ordered extra .
Why would I tell you about my TERRIBLE experience, Just by looking at other reviews,you literally don't care about fixing the problem; well anyway here's my opinion, First time here and we were excited to make the change from what we thought was terrible service at SUBWAY but BOY were we WRONG, I ordered a Philly steak and cheese and what I GOT WAS A MAYONNAISE SUB I would prefer to taste the Philly steak sandwich not MAYO, half of my Wife's sub was ok the other half was also MAYONNAISE, I was excited to tell my parents that... read more
