Walked in, the service was horrible right off the bat. No one said anything to me when I walked in. Stood up there for ab 5 mins before someone came to take my order, no greeting, just "dine in or take out?" Anyway, the sandwich had no cheese on it when i got it (I ordered it w provolone cheese) and the sandwich was wet at the bottom I couldn't even eat it, it was literally a soggy mess. I know better to just go to the subway next time lol

Over priced to begin with and then they try to nickle and dime you twice more after paying. This isn't a tipping establishment. Pay your employees and make your own donations. You're a billion dollar company.
