Fantastic service, fixed my online order and the sandwiches were delicious
The two girls working this morning are amazing. I somehow messed up when ordering and changed the time for pick up to 11 am. The girls were so kind and made it for me right then. And if that was not enough, it was the best sandwich I've had in years. I'm not kidding. Kudos to them for going above and beyond! They should be commended and i wish I had grabbed their names so I could recognize them properly.
Food is always delicious. Tables are always clean. Staff is always courteous and responsive. Bathrooms are always, always clean (if a bathroom in an eating establishment is dirty, the employees are less than likely to be clean and the kitchen and prep areas are usually disgusting) but Firehouse Subs keeps their entire environment clean. And, their new addition of fries are the best fries you will get anywhere in town ! The New York Steamer sandwiches were excellent. The young lady who made our sandwiches was very nice.
