Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at this location! Jorge greeted us with a smile and a robust welcome in the store. Finally, so good to see staff that are pleasant and seem to enjoy their actual job. Delicious food as always. Thanks to all the staff, smiles all around with the entire process! (Unfortunately didn't catch everyone's name on shift that day.) Keep up the good work, people notice :)
We normally enjoy firehouse but this experience was not as pleasant. The long wait is expected for good quality subs but a part of our order was forgotten (mac n cheese) and we waited at the window for the drive through attendee to come back. He ignored us and was in his own world as we sat there for an extra 10 min. We went in to see if service inside was any more responsive and were greeted with a sarcastic “we’ll have that out right away” along with an eye roll and a “seriously” from another employee.
