We normally enjoy firehouse but this experience was not as pleasant. The long wait is expected for good quality subs but a part of our order was forgotten (mac n cheese) and we waited at the window for the drive through attendee to come back. He ignored us and was in his own world as we sat there for an extra 10 min.
