Wait was around 20 minutes and there was at least 5 workers. I asked for no lettuce and it was covered. Sandwich was sloppy and meat was outside the bun, didn’t take time to wrap it correctly. Disappointed for almost $9 a sandwich!
Good lord. We waited over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. And they were not busy. On top of that, the employees were more focused on whoever was in their car in the parking lot and negotiating about what they were going to do. Let’s get into the food. The captains sandwich was absolutely drenched in mayo and ice cold. Ended up throwing it out because it was so gross. 🤮. We also got a turkey bacon ranch. Opened the box to HAIR. YAY. All for employees had hair down. Such a bad experience. And was so expensive.
I ordered 2 sandwiches and it took 30 minutes for then to come out and they got the order wrong completely tall about bad customer service
I placed an order on the app. Order was ready when I got there. Food is always consistently delicious.
