I was here recently on a drive from Virgina to Pennsylvania. My husband and I were on our way to an event and so figured stopping at a Firehouse Subs would be a relatively fast option. Instead, it took 45 minutes to get the two sandwiches that we ordered. It seemed like it was everyone on staff's first day - there was no efficiency or organization whatsoever. I had a horrible experience and won’t be back. I would recommend going to the Chipotle, Panera, or Chinese buffet next door instead. All are excellent and don’t share the poor staffing, dirty tables and rude wait staff of Firehouse.
