I was here recently on a drive from Virgina to Pennsylvania. My husband and I were on our way to an event and so figured stopping at a Firehouse Subs would be a relatively fast option. Instead, it took 45 minutes to get the two sandwiches that we ordered. It seemed like it was everyone on staff's first day - there was no efficiency or organization whatsoever.
