I had a horrible experience and won’t be back. I would recommend going to the Chipotle, Panera, or Chinese buffet next door instead. All are excellent and don’t share the poor staffing, dirty tables and rude wait staff of Firehouse.
Worst experience ever. The guy taking my order was nice and the guy who made my sandwich was happy and friendly, but the sandwich took like 25 minutes to receive and it was messy and wrong, not what I ordered. Disappointed
Hook and ladder ask the way! The pickles are good too. This is a really good location with good employees and management IMO
