Hook & Ladder sub is unbelievable! Fresh ingredients and no skimping at this location! Soup is good as well. Highly recommend.
Don’t waste your money here. A few things I need to address. I’ve given them a second chance after finding hair long strand of brown hair in my sub. The ladies at checkout are rude, and the store always gets the order wrong when ordering online. I typically order from the store, not DoorDash. So there is no excuse for them to get it wrong. Geesh do they not verify their own orders before giving it the customer. Check your order before leaving the store. Be safe out there.
Placed online order it took an additional 30 minutes for food to be done. Food tasted fine . But no customer service i understand you can get in the weeds but they could have said hey we are running behind sorry working as fast as we can. I think the employees were overwhelmed and defeated.
