The worst customer service in Appleton. Never again will I come here.
Mediocre across the board. Food was OK, but not worth $11 for a medium sub. Staff dressed pretty unprofessionally and they all had the same "I'm annoyed with everything here" type attitude. Only reason I chose FIrehouse over the other 4 sub shops in area was for the hot sauces, but they only had 8 or 9 to choose from, most were empty, and ALL of them were super dirty. I've been to nicer ones in the past but this one was rather mediocre.
Subs delicious as always but wait was annoying. Multiple workers in the back only 1 actually making sandwiches. Stood at register for a while before anyone came out.
Not sure why it took over 20 minutes for a sandwich...maybe the people were new? But poor attitudes, not friendly at all...or sense of urgency. Also, wearing headphones while dealing with customers is a pretty bad look. I know not all firehouse places are like this, but this was a rough one
