This had happened a few weeks ago but unfortunately we have not received a response back from anyone at this store. We did an online order for a medium & large sub, when we had gotten home an opened the box the medium sub looked more like a small. I had called the store an they told me it might just look smaller due to running out of medium boxes an having to use large. Great value and sandwiches were very good tasting
We just ordered a small hook and ladder and a meat ball sub around 5:30. There was a little rush that happened between customers coming in and online pick up so waiting patiently is not a problem, unfortunately 2 of the workers we're absent and there was only 1 making all of the subs so I can’t really say anything bad to the poor guy when he was trying his best to be efficient.
