This visit solidified my conviction to never return to Firehouse Subs again. Not only does one pay $10 for the smallest sandwich ever produced, they don't even ask if you want any toppings. Literally, just make whatever is on the sign. Be a real customer service person, ask "what would you like on your sub?" Ridiculous. Waste of money and a frustrating experience to boot? No thank you. Worst sandwich shop in the country no matter where you go. Go across the street to Subway, at least customer service is part of their plan.
