I hate leaving bad reviews, but this has become a consistent issue every time I decide to get Firehouse Subs. The food tastes great, but the wait times are frustrating. This time, I thought ordering through the app would make things faster. I ordered around 11:00 when it wasn’t busy, but my order still wasn’t ready until about 15 minutes after I arrived.
